Full Search, Reporting & Negotiation Service
Reporting & Negotiation Service
For our Full Search or Reporting & Negotiation Services, we require an Initial Retainer Fee payable when you engage us to act on your behalf and a Success Fee payable upon exchange of contracts for the purchase of a property. The Retainer Fee is fully deducted from the Success Fee. Our fees for these services vary according to the complexity of the brief, the areas to be searched and the timeframe in which we have to complete the brief.

Bidding at Auction
To attend auction and bid on your behalf, we charge an attendance fee of AU$500+GST plus a standard success fee of an additional AU$1,000+GST if we are successful in buying the property under the hammer. These fees are payable on the day of the auction.

If you are using our Full Search or Reporting & Negotiation Services these auction attendance fees do not apply.
