Bidding at Auction

We offer an Auction Bidding service for clients who may already have found a property and would like an experienced negotiator to bid for them at auction.

We are licensed auctioneers as well as real estate agents and know all the high pressure tactics exerted on unsuspecting auction bidders. Our auction bidding service takes the stress and emotion out of the auction process, and often saves our clients thousands of dollars.

This service includes:

• Property Inspection
  We inspect the property as soon as you’ve found it as part of our auction preparation.
  
• Meeting with you
  We meet with you personally to discuss the property, your brief and any negotiation strategy we are considering. If it is not possible to meet personally, we can arrange contact by phone and email .
  

• Auction Attendance and Bidding
  We attend auction and bid on your behalf, negotiating to buy the property at the lowest price possible. Buying Sydney can bid under a letter of authority from you or a power of attorney and can assist you with the preparation of either.
